Sarah Feige is a PhD candidate working under the supervision of Dr. Adelle Pratt. She has completed six years of graduate training in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Guelph, and worked in clinical and school settings across Guelph and Kitchener. During her pre-doctoral residency, she will be splitting her time between Insight Psychology on Norfolk and Starling Children’s Mental Health Centre in Waterloo.

At Insight, Sarah provides trauma-informed treatment for children, teens, young adults and parents. She draws from a range of empirically supported treatment toolkits as needed to meet the unique needs of individual family members. She is privileged to have worked with youth and families suffering from a range of difficulties related to anxiety, mood, school systems fit, relationships, loss, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (like skin-picking and hair-pulling), as well as specific challenges associated with developmental trauma.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading, keeping plants alive, appreciating natural beauty, and making music.
