She used an eclectic approach in treating children and youth, employing principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy.
With a background in developmental psychology, Linda also provided consultations to parents of children of all ages regarding normal developmental transitions and adjustments to major life events.
Linda has raised two daughters and she enjoys long walks in the woods with her dog, Jasper.
