Dr. Sarah Boyle is a clinical psychologist in supervised practice with the College of Psychologists and Beahviour Analysts of Ontario. She is supervised by Dr. Elyse Redden. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Guelph. Her graduate research focused on personal strengths and how these relate to mental health and illness. She has engaged in clinical training in various settings including Waterloo Region District School Board, Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre, and Child and Youth Mental Health on Vancouver Island.
Sarah started working as a student at Insight Psychology in 2021 and came on as a Psychologist (Supervised Practice) in 2024. She enjoys conducting psychological assessments to help her clients better understand themselves and to generate individualized recommendations. She offers therapy for children (ages 4-18) and their parents. She has a background in various approaches (including attachment-based approaches, play therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and more) and uses an integrative therapeutic style that is focused on the unique needs of each individual she works with. Sarah loves working with people from diverse backgrounds and identities and has experience working with a wide range of challenges.
Sarah is from Prince Edward Island. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, kayaking, cross-country skiing and walking her dog. She also appreciates a quiet afternoon reading with a cup of tea. Sarah deeply values family and community connections.
