Dr. Adelle Pratt is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from The University of Western Ontario. She has worked in many different child and adolescent care settings in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

Adelle has been practicing in Guelph since 2009 with Insight Psychology on Norfolk.

Adelle is passionate about the unique development and social-emotional growth of children and teens. At Insight Psychology, her practice is primarily focused on treatment. She works with children and teens with many different concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transition stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and family relationship issues. Adelle employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Relational Therapy, Insight-Oriented Therapy, and other approaches as appropriate.

Adelle feels lucky to be able to work with many dedicated families and to be a part of their journeys. She is a mother to two teenagers. To recharge her own batteries, Adelle enjoys running, gardening, and trying to keep up with her German Shorthaired Pointer and Weimaraner dogs on her family’s hobby farm.
