She uses mainly a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, but also draws upon techniques from other styles including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Allison also provides couples therapy and has completed training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
